Just sharing a random news article about my friend, Henry. He was mentioned in the Pacific edition of the Stars and Stripes, "Veteran fighter gives troops in South Korea some professional advice"
Henry, who is an Executive Director Goldman Sachs, volunteers as a coach for the Yongsan Combatives Team which is an MMA (mixed martial arts) group in the U.S. Army base in South Korea. He won Korea's first MMA tournament and still competes once in a while. It's amusing to think that he was the only person in these tournaments who wasn't a full-time fighter and probably about 5 years older than the average. Also he's pretty out of shape for a badass :) I always wondered how he would do if he devoted his full energy into MMA.
