The Fruits of Doing Nothing, Waking Call for the Left on Foreign Policy

Good op-ed by WSJ: "Wake Up, Mr. President: The Paris attacks signal a new Islamist terror strategy."

Maybe these moments are the "Waiting on Superman" for the Left on foreign policy. In education, It took over 20 years and a documentary from David Guggenheim for some to realize that many union actions have hurt public education and tenure policies have to be changed.

With the Russian airliner, Beirut and Paris, President Obama cannot ignore ISIS as a "JV team" (yes, he called them a "JV team) and containment isn't a policy this today's world. I would love a borderless world where we all could hand holds and be good neighbors, and I live this way on a personal level.

BUT as I stated before, people and human nature do not operate this way. This goes back to high school and how we learned about a "Lord of the Flies" worldview. The Left has to wake up this isn't Mister Roger's Neighborhood. They try to place the blame on Iraqi and even Libya and climate change (I still don't believe Sanders said this), but fail to realize ISIS grew when there was a lack of U.S. presence and leadership in the Middle East. As Edmund Burke said, "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." We have done nothing and these are the fruits.
